Environmental regulations can be complex and intimidating.  Our team will work with you to identify and control potential environmental liabilities.  We can assist your organization with operation assessments, permitting, reporting, inspections, and training.

Most businesses don’t need a full-time safety and environmental manager.  Why pay the salary and benefits for an extra position that you don’t need?

We specialize in implementing and administering effective supervisor accountability programs.  This management system completely transforms the safety culture at your company, and drastically reduces claims and overhead expenses.

Our consultants help you optimize your hiring practices, handle claims effectively, write a comprehensive handbook, and manage employee performance. From day-to-day administrative work to mapping out a strategic plan for your company’s long-term success, Liberty is your trusted advisor in HR management.

A company’s success relies on its most valuable resource: its employees. To build a successful organization, businesses must focus on recruiting and selecting knowledgeable talent, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations, and establishing effective policies that promote teamwork and provide a clear structure for achievement.

We are effective HR consultants because we are:

  • Hiring experts – We advise your staff on how to properly screen potential hires, conduct thorough interviews, and follow regulations throughout the selection process while ensuring you recruit high-caliber additions to your team.
  • Objective Counselors – We facilitate conflict resolution, investigate company issues and incidents without bias, counsel employees, and advise management on implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks, prevent conflict, and keep employee morale high to motivate and engage your team.
  • Innovative Strategists –We move your company towards your goals faster by writing personalized handbooks and plans of action that are backed by data and experience.
  • Your Partner – We ensure claims are handled with your best interest in mind.

Workers’ Compensation insurance can be challenging to navigate.

We bring comprehensive expertise to the entire process, allowing us to show you how to close system loopholes and consistently keep your premium at the state-mandated minimum. We also educate you on controlling the insurance audit process to minimize taxable payroll annually.

We also establish an occupational provider relationship to support claim management and implement our proven claim management forms and programs.

Effective training programs are the foundation for all business functions, enabling you to hold employees accountable after they’ve been properly trained. Training is a significant investment, requiring employees to be pulled off the job, and you should expect measurable results from that expense.

Our highly effective training is short, focused, and directly relevant to your employees’ work. We specialize in developing engaging, resonant training topics.

Our time and cost-effective presentations are customized with photos of your actual processes and employees, keeping your teams interested and attentive.

The following is an example of a diverse and comprehensive training presentation.  This entire list of topics was covered in a single 90-minute session.

Regulatory penalty amounts have skyrocketed in recent years, with fines in excess of $100,00 being routinely issued.  Inspection results are posted online where current customers, potential customers, and job candidates can review.

We have a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through countless OSHA complaints and inspections.
