In a report commissioned by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Avalere Health analyzed a variety of benefits that come as a result of offering employer-sponsored health insurance (ESI), like productivity, recruitment, tax benefits, and more.
As a result, Avalere Health reports an estimated 47% ROI for U.S. employers in 2022, leading to a predicted increase to 52% return in 2026.
This increase is attributed to factors like growing employment, a projected rise in per-employee spending on wellness programs, and flat employee turnover rates.
