Q: What additional guidance has been provided for employers to comply with Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA)?

A: The U.S Department of Labor (DOL) has issued guidance on the paid leave requirements under FFCRA in addition to clarifying the effective date of the law is April 1, 2020.

  • How paid Family Medical Leave and paid sick leave interact for child care purposes
